A multi-tenant HR management system covering attendance, leave, and department management with real-time dashboards for admins and managers. Built with Flutter and a Firebase backend.

Modern organizations need reliable HR software to manage employees, attendance, leave requests, departments, designations, holidays, approvals, and workforce information without depending on spreadsheets or disconnected systems. Multi-company businesses also require strict tenant separation so each organization can manage its own employees and HR records securely. The project required a centralized human resource management system with real-time data, role-based workflows, responsive interfaces, and an architecture capable of supporting multiple organizations from one application.
We developed a multi-tenant HRMS using Flutter and Firebase to centralize employee management, attendance tracking, leave administration, department structures, designations, holidays, and HR workflows. The system supports different organizational roles including super administrators, company administrators, HR teams, and managers, with company-specific data isolation and controlled access. Firestore provides real-time synchronization, Firebase Authentication manages user access, Cloud Functions handle backend business logic, and security rules help protect organizational and employee information. The responsive Flutter architecture allows the HRMS to operate as a modern web application across different screen sizes.
