Our Solution
We built Direct Search Global as a specialized maritime recruitment platform using Next.js, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. The platform gives seafarers a structured environment for creating professional profiles, searching maritime vacancies, uploading certificates, preparing tailored cover letters, and tracking applications. Recruiters can manage job listings and applications while reviewing organized candidate information and fit-score insights. The Node.js REST API, PostgreSQL database, cloud document storage, role-based workflows, and automated Brevo email notifications provide a scalable foundation for digital maritime recruitment and workforce management.
